Outlook 2007 - SP2

We have Dynamics AX which emails invoices to customers. It needs to access
Outlook. If it sends out 50 invoices The message of "Allow access to Outlook"
pops up and we have to click yes... 50 times, for the 50 emails.

Can this security feature be turned off in Outlook?

What version of outlook ? Do you have the latest DAX version?
