I have deleted a partioion on a PC freeing up 32 Gigs.
I want to add this free space to the existing "C" drive without affecting
anything on this drive.
Can this be done and if so How??

You'll need a third party partitioning tool to do that. Someting like
Partition Magic, BootItNG, etc.
