Is there a way to assign a group of machines a range
of IP addresses (from a pool) based on their
containing OU in Active Directory?

I have about 300 PCs on a LAN and would like to
introduce a new IP subnet and allow machines in
certain rooms access to services in non-windows
environments based on their grouped IP addresses.

No prob - I didn't remember where I saw the other reply or I would've
mentioned it. Please don't multipost - if you need to post to multiple
groups, it's best to crosspost instead, by posting a single message to a
handful of relevant groups (separate the NG names with commas) so that
