I'm running Windows 2000 Pro and all of my word
processing apps and spreadsheets open with a blue font as
the default. I have to manually change them each time I
type something in. Is there a setting in Windows that
causes this, and if so how do I change it?
Thanks

This is probably a function of your application, not of Windows. If
using Word, select Format, select Font, select the font properties that
you want, and click the Default... button.
