I'm going through a Word folder in Windows Explorer, looking for a particular
document. I have several other Word documents opened, but minimized.
I open a document from Explorer. Now, all the other Word document windows
restore. When I exit from the one I opened, the Explorer window no longer
has focus, because it's covered by the other Word windows. Not a big deal,
except I' spending a lot of time going down to the task bar to get Explorer
back.
Is there a setting to prevent this? I don't have this problem on my home
machine, in Word 2002.

In case it wasn't clear, the problem only happens in Word 2003.
