I am running Windows XP-Home, and I have "adm" rights on computer, am logged
in as adm., but cannot open the following file:
C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Documents
I recieve message: C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Documents is not
available. Access Denied.
A program I am trying to install needs to access THIS file...(Preset by
program) and it therefore will not install. How can I access this file?
