All users can see all My Documents?!?

Suddenly every user can see all the My Doucments folders of other
users. XP Home, 2 admin accounts, all set to private, when right
clicked on all are checked and greyed appropriately so they should be
private but are not. Previously this was not a problem and I haven't
really done anything to the system. I have already tried CACLS and
booting to safe mode and setting things there with the security tab
but nothing prevents the folders from being wide open. Any ideas would
be appreciated.
