All those keyboard problems

A lot of message recently are complaining about keyboards not working or incorrect characetrs being displayed. A lot of replys say "try a new keyboard". before this please check.

Control Panel-->Keyboard-->Hardware and check that the selected keyboard is "Standard 102/102-Key or Mircosoft natural PS/2 keyboard" and under "Properties" the driver is (about) 5.1.2600.110
