All these new threads!!! boohoo Still cant open J script links

's Computer Specifications

Running XP PRO without SP2 (can't install SP2 yet)
I cannot open javascript popup windows whatsoever nor links with */# i
address. When checking tools/internet options/security java is no
listed.

Any help???
