I've had no login troubles of any kind. All of a sudden, today it asks a user
for her password. She has never had to login before. I reset her password and
it still won't let her login.

Has she left herself logged in anywhere else? Her profile isn't showing her
as locked out is it? Has she restarted her PC? Does she use a PST and is it
password protected?
One thing you could do is close Outlook, delete the user's Outlook profile,
restart, and recreate it to see if that rectifies anything.
Is she able to log into Outlook successfully on another PC/laptop? That
would help determine if it's a profile issue or machine issue.

Could her outlook password be different from her user login password? If so,
how do you reset it. I already reset her user password.

She is not logged in elsewhere. She is not locked. I have restarted her
computer. No on the pst. I deleted the profile, restarted the machine and
created a new profile. She cannot login on any computer, and I was able to
login to her computer with my profile and successfully set up my outlook on
her machine.

Okay, I figured it out. Somehow..........SOMEHOW, she lost permission to her
own email. I added herself back and it works fine. Thanks for your time and
effort.
