Help!
In the past - I have been able to drag formulas of one cell down to be
matched in others. For example - if I want C1 to be the sum of A1 & B1, I
type "=A1+B1" hit ENTER and it adds the two - then, to replicate the same
formula in rows 2 - 30 and so on, I just move my mouse to the bottom right of
the cell until I get the solid black cross, drag it down and the formula
repeats for each respective row. For some reason today - it won't do that
anymore.
Has a setting changed that I'm not aware of?

Try holding Ctrl while you drag from the bottom right corner.

Do you mean that you don't have the option of copying down a cell by
grabbing it? If so do tools>options>edit and make sure "allow cell drag and
drop" is checked. If you mean that you can copy the cell but the formula
won't change then do tools>options>calculation and select automatic

Didn't work - all it did was copy to result of cell C1.
