can anyone help? I'm so sick of dealing with Microsoft's crappy software i
can hardly stand it. all my mail is not going into my junk mail box, plus
when i attempt to run detect and repair a windows installer opens and nothing
happens. i'm desparate!!

thanks for your assistance diane. my name is not on the blocked list and i'm
using a pop3 account w/in outlook.
