"All Public Folders" keeps disappearing. Hello I have one user only
with ths problem. It has happened twice already. She clicks Public
Folders and she can only see Favorites there. All Public Fodlers is
gone. I fixed it twice by recreating her profile. I shouldn't need to
recreate her profile so often. Something else must be causing this.

I searched the forum and saw that it has happened to other people but
the fix is never published. The threads are unfinished. What do you
suggest I check to prevent this from happening again? System is
Windows XP SP3, Office 2003 SP3, 2GB RAM, IntelCore2Duo CPU running at
2.13MHz. I've cleaned her PC of temp files and ran checkdisk. Her
Outcmd.dat is very small (100k) . I know if that file grows too big it
causes problems. No company customizations in Outlook other than
access to Pucli Folders. Exchange 2003 server. The most recent thing
installed in the PC was WinXP SP3, HOWEVER, the first time she got the
problem it was still SP2. plus, everyone else has Win XP SP3 and they
don't have this problem.

Try resetting the Navigation Pane with the /resetnavpane switch. See
