When you Right-Clock on "All Programs" at the top of the
menu should be "Open". It is not there! Please help me.

Right clicking on START brings up OPEN; but, it does not
appear in "All Programs."

If you click on All Programs does it Open? When I rt click on both my
Start and All Programs it takes me
to the same place, the Start Menu Folder.

It appears on both start AND all programs.
