I have added many new programs and the Screen>>> Start->>>All Programs
is full. Can I reduce the font size of this page?

Create folders in the start menu then move similar items into the folder.
For example create an entry called Music and move all programs related to
that into music.

Try changing your Screen Resolution to higher one like 1024x768, suiting to
your eyes by Right-click on Desktop and Choose Properties - click Settings
tab.

Otherwise,

1. Right-click on an empty area of Taskbar and Choose Properties.
2. Click on Start Menu tab and then click Customize Button.
3. Click Advanced tab and make a check mark on "Scroll Programs".

You will have a arrow in your All Programs to Scroll the programs up and down.
