Start, all Programs and when I try to select from my list of programs, the
"all Programs" list times out. Its gone and I must go back to "start" on the
task bar and hit programs... I'm old over here and can't move that fast
anymore...any help out there ...Thanks in advance!

Tim, that's a sign of malware on your system. Have you checked
recently. If not, get Spybot Search and Destroy and Adaware. They have
free versions and do a good job.

AFAIK that should not be able to happen. Rich Barry's suggestions are
good; give those a try and post back with the results; there are other
things can be tried.

It would also be a good idea to update and run whatever program you are
using for antivirus. Usually that will let you be srue you have no
viruses, but it may take 3 or 4 spyware programs to clean up worms,
trojans & other types of malware.
