When I click on START and then on ALL PROGRMS the display isn't wide enough
to show the complete names in the last column.
How do I configure to make it work?

Rename the longer entries.

Hello,

In addition to the other replies, you may want to switch it to Scroll mode
which shows all programs in one column view with a scroll button at the top
and bottom.

Start > Control Panel > Taskbar and Start Menu > Start Menu (tab) >
Customize > Advanced > CHECK Scroll Programs

I dislike the Scroll programs option so I never think about it to suggest
it.

Hi,

You may try Vista Start Menu
http://www.vistastartmenu.com

Vista Menu use fixed column width so you see all programs.
