all programs in add/remove programs are hidden

Hi,
Everytime I open the add/remove programs it shows blank
windows. But I have some programs installed, please tell
me how to restore the folder to its default settings.

Are you logging on under Administrator or under an account that is in the
Administrators group (so you have admin privileges)? Could be you are
logging on under an account that doesn't have permissions to install or
remove programs.
