All Printer Drivers are not Digitally Signed

We are running into problems with adding printers on an XP machine. When the
XP list of printers comes up, they are all not digitally signed.

We ran sigverif and we had 2151 unsigned files and only 14 signed files.

We went to a machine that is working correctly and ran the same utility with
the majority of the files coming back as signed.

Any ideas on how to fix this problem. Thanks in advance
