I'm having a problem that all pictures I try to save from
the internet are bitmaps. When I click to save the only
format available is bmp. I check the pictures properties
and it's showing jpg while still on the net. Does anyone
know whats causing this? Thanks, Keven

The usual fix is to clear your cache.
IE-Tools-Internet Options-Delete Files (in the TIF section)

That seems to work about 98% of the time but if it doesn't, close IE
and reopen and do it again. Also it has been reported that clear
cookies helps, but ensure you save any that you need.
