All new mail going straight to the junk mail folder

Help!! All new emails go directly to the junk mail folder. Turned off
filtering and no luck. Even safe contacts go to the junk mail folder. Any
help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!!!

Anything running on SBS that might be altering the message content?

's Computer Specifications

Nothing that I know of. There is only one user having the problem. Even the
safe contacts go straight to the junk mail folder. Thanks for any help you
might have.
