all my outlook contacts and emails have been deleted. pst files

all my outlook emails and contacts are completely gone. my pst file/folder
is also empty. Is there a way to retrive all my data from the c drive

Depends on what you did to lose them. Do tell us. Don't expect us to believe
this just happened "all of a sudden for no reason."

's Computer Specifications

If the PST file has been deleted, restore it from backup, then open it
with Outlook.
