Have you verified that the time zone and DST settings on both devices are
set correctly?
As your Dell is an old device and if you are living in an area where the DST
definitions changed, this could be a side effect of working with the
different definitions. It might correct itself when your change the DST
setting manually or when the DST changes according to the old definitions.
For the USA this would mean the first Sunday of April (for 2009 that would
mean April 5th).
