Either your computer is not clean (which is what I suspect) or the malware
has damaged your Windows installation beyond repair. Either go through the
following malware removal steps systematically, not skipping the prep work,
or back up your data and clean-install Windows.

Go through these general malware removal steps systematically -
http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/...moving_Malware

Include scanning with David Lipman's Multi_AV and follow instructions to do
all scans in Safe Mode. Please see the special Notes regarding using
Multi_AV in Vista.

http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/page2.html#Multi-AV - instructions
http://tinyurl.com/yoeru3 - download link and more instructions

When all else fails, get guided help. Choose one of the specialty forums
listed at the first link. Register and read its posting FAQ. PLEASE DO NOT
POST LOGS IN THE MS NEWSGROUPS.

If you can't do the work yourself (and there is no shame in admitting this
isn't your cup of tea), take the machine to a professional computer repair
shop (not your local equivalent of BigComputerStore/GeekSquad). Please be
aware that not all local shops are skilled at removing malware and even if
they are, your computer may be so infested that Windows will need to be
clean-installed. If possible, have all your data backed up before you take
the machine into a shop.

This is a popular infection and when you understand it, easy to
remove.

The malware has added (at least) an item to your system startup values
(could be several places). You will be able to disable it by finding
it in the Startup tab of MSCONFIG. If you can't spot the problem,
temporarily uncheck everything on the MSCONFIG Startup, reboot, then
scan. Nothing will be is uninstalled - just disabled.

Please run these scans and report back:

Minimize qustions, guessing and trying things by supplying more
information:

Reduce the chances of malicious software by running some scans.

Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware
detection programs:

Malwarebytes (MBAM): http://malwarebytes.org/
SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/

These can be uninstalled later if desired.

When the scans are clean, troubleshoot and resolve any remaining
issues.

Backup your personal data, then do a format & clean install of Windows.
Please note that a Repair Install (AKA in-place upgrade) will NOT fix this!

cf. http://michaelstevenstech.com/cleanxpinstall.html#steps

After the clean install, you'll have the equivalent of a "new computer" so
take care of everything on the following page before otherwise connecting
the machine to the internet or a network and before using a USB key that
