Something happened in My 2003 Outlook to show all messages in my inbox as
"Read".

Messages I have not read yet, used to be in bold font to let me know that
I've not read them yet.

What feature or option do I need to select to enable all unread mail to be
in bold font?

Right click on the Inbox folder, select Properties and check the settings.
Make sure Show unread items is selected.

Well I tried your suggestion Mary, but it did not work. the box for "show
number of unread items" is already checked.

CAN ANYONE OFFER A SUGGESTED SOLUTION?
