Obviously the machine is monitoring what I say on this group :-) I had
to reboot and noiw its back to the way it was before, the menus and
toolbars only show up on the second instance of Outlook.
This is maddening and apparently this cannot happen because there is
no information at Microsoft or on the usenet discussing this.
