when in a word document, the list of fonts available in the drop down menu
doesn't include all of the fonts that are in the Fonts folder under Windows.
How do I get the dropdown list to give me all the font options available?

The font list lists all the fonts your printer is capable of printing (see
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/NoFonts.htm), but it does not list any
variants (bold, italic, bold italic), which are accessed by using the Bold
and Italic properties in Word.
