I ran "repair" in Outlook. Retrieved my contacts under File/Open/Outlook Data
File.
Now how do I retrieve all my email and files that were in Outlook before I
ran repair? Please enlighten me...in a word: HELP!

That must be in the same pst-file as your contacts; all data is kept in a
single pst-file (unless you created more either manually or via enabling
AutoArchive).
