All my email goes to the junk folder. I have tried changing the settings. It
makes no difference. Sometimes i get double emails . The same message twice
on all emails. I have clicked on not junk mail. This helps a little but still
all the mail goes to junk with a few going to inbox

What version of Outlook are you using? What are your Junk E-mail
settings? (Tools | Options...) Might you have, inadvertently perhaps,
set Outlook's junk settings to "Safe Senders Only"? Are you using any
3rd party (Norton?) anti-spam products?
