Hello,

I have the same problem - Message Inferface return unknown error - restart
Outlook - and everything I have done - nothing seems to work.... any ideas?

Outlook 2002 - send/receive & delete & archive - I get this error message.
I have tried to delete shift-delete - I can delete a few emails this way,
but overall it doesn't do anything
I have tried to re-install Outlook
I have tried to system restore my computer
download an update
SP 3
Nothing seems to work - any ideas?

Karen,
Same as whom? Your operating system version. If your OS is Windows Vista,
trundle down to your favorite software store and buy Office 2007. Outlook
2002 has several issues on Vista. It is out of service so no updates coming
up!

how large is the pst?

try closing outlook, rename the pst and restart outlook - let it create a
new pst. Does it work?
