When I restarted my Windows NT advance server all desktop
icon are lost. right click on the desktop doesn't work
nore the task bar. Ctrl Alt Del work and I can see all
the processes running can even connect connect remotelly
to some apps running on the server but I am unable to do
anything on the server but Ctrl Alt Del
