Version of outlook?
How many you see on the screen is limited by your windows size - higher
resolution and fewer toolbars equal more events on the calendar - I can see
up to 13 in outlook 2003 and older, depending on the monitor. Outlook 2007
adds a scroll bar in the all day area so you can see more. See
http://outlook-tips.net/archives/2006/20060725.htm
If the all day field is not working right in Outlook 2007, you need to reset
the view - see
