i had this problem too - but here is how i fixed it. i deleted the
recurring appointments and started over. in the calendar view, from
the New menu I selected "New Appointment". From there I entered all
the details, making sure that the "all day events" button was not
checked. I specified the start and end time and then clicked on
Recurring to set the recurrence pattern. When i saved this and then
viewed the calendar in Outlook Today, it worked. It was no longer
shown as an all day event. good luck!
