As of about 3 days agos, every time I restart my computer, all my cookies
have been deleted. They're either getting deleted at shutdown or startup. I
have done nothing, such as change any settings, to cause this to happen. I
just ran the MS Malicious Software Removal Tool, Disk Cleanup, and tried to
run the Protection Scan but it jams at 52% complete the many times I've tried
to run it. Most cookies are useless to me but there are a few that are time
saving. I've tried to protect those few to no avail. Can anyone please help
me stop my cookies from automatically being deleted?

Look at your settings found at:
IE, tools menu, Options, Privacy tab, advanced button.

Thank you for your reply. It is not settings that is causing the problem.
Settings are the same as they've always been and they're not set for cookies
to get automatically deleted. What could be causing all my cookies to get
deleted?

Yes, but the problem still persists. Does anyone have any idea why all my
cookies have been deleted whenever I restart my computer? (Please see
original message.)
