all contact list showing as reminder

Hi,

I have a wierd situation , every time i launch outlook 2007 i am getting
reminders that contain all my contact list, those reminder cannot be deleted.
i have tried /safe switch and /cleanreminders and /resetfolders switches, i
have an exchange 2003 server.
i have tried to create a new profile, no good.
its also happend on a new installatin of a new computer.
I noticed that if i am cancellingthe cahed mode in outlook its helping.
this is alrady hapaning on 4 workstation and i have absolutely no idea what
to do.
