Alignment of Address Block

The entire address block on the envelope was aligned properly, but suddenly
the name line is correct, but the next two lines (street and city) are
left-aligned. I looked at the code, but can not tell where the problem is.

Would this be a mail merge?
Are all the address fields actually in the Envelope Address frame attached
to the paragraph style of the same name?
