i am running office 2003 and can't find my align & distribute toolbar
anywhere, it used to be there and is there in other applications
SOMEBODY PLEASE PLEASE HELP

The PowerPoint align and distribute menu is part of the Drawing
toolbar. Try View > Toolbars and see if Drawing is checked.

Matt,
On the drawing toolbar, bottom of your screen, click on draw, choose align
and distribute.
If the item is greyed out, it has been dragged away using the dotted line at
the top, drag again and it will jump back from where ever it's been placed.
