MS reports that with the Outlook Connector you can "Select an account to send
e-mail from" [http://support.microsoft.com/kb/892455].

In Hotmail (online) I have setup a few accounts which I can send emails from
e.g. (E-Mail Removed), (E-Mail Removed), (E-Mail Removed)...

In Outlook I do not have the option to Send From these aliases, only other
accounts i have setup in Outlook.

Is there a way to sync these aliases?

Set up these aliases as accounts and you can send from them.

Sync them in what way? What information do you want to combine?
