Hi,
In my company we have a project coordinator who has all of our bid schedules
in her calendar, and all of the project managers can see her calendar as
"shared calendar" in their outlook and we setup our bid schedules based on
this calendar. So this calendar is being modified by her every day and its
hard for us to keep track of the changes, is there any way to setup an alert
system which notify us whenever she modified her calendar? Thanks,

Only if that shared calendar is on SharePoint. Unfortunately, there is no
mechanism to alert when changes are made to calendars.

After furious head scratching, Alireza Nejad asked:

No. If using a sharepoint calendar is not an option, she could create them
as meeting requests and choose the option for no response necessary. To make
it easier, she can make a custom form that has all of the PM's entered in
the to field and no response selected.
