Is there a way to pop up an alert message, like you would for a meeting, that
would come up every hour on the hour for the 9 hour workday? Can someone
please help me with this?
Thanks

Hi Chris

i have the answser of ur question probably

Go to calender icon and click on one day
Schedule ur meetings there or anything u want to do after even 15 min u will
get the alert message or even if u want to send this alert to a person whom
with u want to do meeting u can send this alert to him as well at the meeting
time u both will get the alert and u can go for a meeting

Let me tell u left click on colored page u will get the options like

New meeting
New Appointment

Try first might be u will get the answer
