Remember a while back I bagged a fresh road kill deer. Well after I had put all the eatable bits in the freezer. I placed all the other bits in me compost heap. an a few months ago I rescued the skull which had been nicely cleaned up thanks to the worms. So I found it a place at the top of me footpath. An here it is.

Heehee, get yourself a weatherproof speaker, conceal it in the skull and let a pressure pad on the pathway make the deer talk to visitors. I'm sure your imagination can conjure up a good choice of narrative
