First, the specs.

Windows 2000
AIW Radeon 7500
DirectX 9.0b

I install the drivers and software from the CD which came with the card.
Everything works just peachy. Of course, it's then time to upgrade to
the latest version of everything.

As soon as I install the new Catalyst drivers, the TV tuner blows up
when I try to run it. So I upgrade to MMC 8.7 ... It blows up too, only
at least it doesn't take my whole PC down with it.

Checked the website for known issues, updated my Audigy 2 drivers just
to be safe, and I'm drawing a blank. I even removed the Remote Wonder
just in case.

If only I could stop beating my head against the wall on this one...

Hey Todd,

I don't know if you have the same issue as I did. I couldn't get my TV
tuner installed in the first place. This was due to a problem with
DirectX 9.0b and Non-NTSC tv tuners. What I don't know is what type of
cable you've got in Canada. Anyway, more info can be obtained at:

Grtz,

Martin

Been fighting a capture problem with my AIW 7500 and the best I can get is
Cat 3.2 and MMC 8.1 works including Guide Plus. I can go to Cat 3.8 and MMC
8.1 but I give up Guide Plus recording. If I go to MMC 8.7 things get
unstable and I couldn't tell you what to expect as far as usefulness.
