AIW 9600 Pro, WinXP, Can't get TV display on Monitor 2

I've got an AIW 9600 Pro installed in a new machine running Windows XP Pro.
I have monitors attached to both monitor outputs and enabled with the
desktop extended to the second monitor. Monitor 1 is on the right with
monitor 2 on the left. When I start the ATI TV application I can't move off
of monitor 1, although I can move the controls onto monitor 2.

Anyone got any ideas how I get the TV to display on monitor 2?
