GuidePlus comes on the CD, it's not a downloadable product.

I uninstalled all the ATI software, removed my AIW 9800 Pro (for warranty
replacement), installed my new AIW 9600 Pro, and installed all the latest
software from the ATI web site (which I had also done with the AIW 9800
Pro). Most things seem to work fine except for:

The GuidePlus button is GONE!
Scheduled events crash the scheduler when they trigger (entered through TV
setup since Guide+ is not there).
TV reception (from cable) is not as good as it was with the AIW 9800 Pro
(isn't the tuner the same?)

Any suggestions?

-Mike

Have there been no updates to GuidePlus since 2002? The Gemstar web site did
not offer any clues.
