AIW 9600 Pro - GuidePlus is gone and cable reception is not as good

I uninstalled all the ATI software, removed my AIW 9800 Pro (for warranty
replacement), installed my new AIW 9600 Pro, and installed all the latest
from the ATI web site (which I had also done with the AIW 9800 Pro). Most
things seem to work fine except for two issues:

The GuidePlus button is GONE!
TV reception (from cable) is not as good as it was with the AIW 9800 Pro
(isn't the tuner the same?)

Any suggestions?
