Hello!
I get a message when a start the computer to insert the Aiosoftwear disk but
i dont know what i need for disk or what this problem are.Can i download this
from the internet?Can you help me?

Assuming the message is for Aiosoftware instead of Aiosoftwear and assuming
you have an HP All-in-One type of printer,

How do I get this file off my computer so I can access the hp file I just
downloaded so I can print from my computer to the printer. this AiOSoftware
file is jaming.blockint my print comand.

I'm not sure whether this is a problem with the Windows Installer, or, more
likely, a problem with Hewlett Packard's software. In neither case is this
a spyware issue, which is the purpose served by this forum.


HP has support forums of their own, located roughly here:

I'd recommend asking in their forums, and giving more precise information
about when the error arises, and exactly what it says.
