Help,
I need to know how to move the changes to my Front Page 2000 document to the
corporate intranet. I am missing a step and the IT guy quit.

I tried that and it is asking me for a location of the HTTP:, every file name
I put in is not valid I guess, I start to transfer the files and my screen
goes white. So I cancelled the action, should I have continued?

Shoulda gotten documentation from your IT guy is what you shoulda done.
Does he like beer? Consider offering a case or two for a few pointers.

HTTP location is the server name. It is the same thing that appears in the
browser when you look at the site. So look at the site, then copy and paste
into the "File, Open Web" box in FrontPage.
