You have to explain something more or do you just mean where you use and how
you use it now it is to much a puzzle.

ASPNET, webbrowser, HTTPclient etc.

It can be something as

respond.redirect("a href="aim:goim?ScreenName = " &
VariablePassedFromVbCode)

However a lot more.
