As far as i know, PCI-E is better (Faster or something) and much more future proof.

Correct me if wrong!

Definatly PCI-E

AGP is better than PCI, but PCI-E (PCI-Express) is better than AGP

EVGA 680SLi Motherboard, Intel E6600 LGA775 3.4GHz OC'd, ATI Radeon HD 5850 1024Mb, 4Gb Corsair XMS C4 2x Matched Pairs, Samsung Spinpoint's 740Gb RAID 0 SATAII, Antec Three Hundred Case, Windows 7 Home Premium.

AGP is on the way out as it is. Its a no brainer.

PCI-E 2.0 will be here soon.

PCI-E.

Its no brainer purely for much cheaper prices and future compatability.
