Aggregate Data from a column in a cell

Hi,

I've a table in a spreadsheet giving some bottom line figures for each month
for several years. This table is based on other spreadsheets containing the
daily data.

Those spreadsheets with daily data also contain in one column, some text
input (comments on some of the daily data).

How could I select from my first table (bottom lines for each month) to see
the daily comments if they exist for that month ?

Up to now, I've put a column next to my monthly bottom line showing how many
daily comments are available using :
=COUNTA(INDIRECT(CONCATENATE(Sheet Name(from a drop down box),"!",Range)))
(I put in manually the range of the days for each month)
So, I'm not arrived yet ... :-(
